I just want to say something to all those people who are Googling for information about the Time War and end up on this page. It seems a lot of people are trying to figure out when the Time War happened.

This is entirely moot! It was a time war! It could have happened at any time - past, present, or future. More likely it happened in ALL these periods, "simultaneously" if that word carries any meaning. Also, because you can change history by going back it time, it may be (in fact it is very likely the case) that you could now go from one end of time to the other and never find the Time War. It itself may have been erased from history, along with the Daleks and the Time Lords - this erasure may have been the act which won it! Fallout such as the debris that hits Earth in episode 6 may exist, having been flung through time at random, but that's all.
